Okay... How Do babies "freeze to death" when the temperature in Gaza is well above freezing? Just curious...^ Don't neglect the lack of shelter, lack of clothing, lack of fuel, lack of food, wind chill and rain.
How warm, dry, clothed and fed does a baby need to be to stay alive ?
"Severe cold?" The above temperatures are not all that cold. In Fahrenheit those are in the upper 50's to well into the 60's, and nearly into the 70's.

You posted the temperatures in Gaza. As the chart I posted shows, hypothermia isn't possible at those temperatures short of maybe you lying naked and wet outside in the early morning hours. Are you claiming that Palestinians would deliberately leave their children outside, naked and wet in order to let them die of hypothermia?
