A person can develop hypothermia even at temperatures above 4C (40F) if they become cold from rain, wind or submersion in cold water.
You posted the daily temperatures in Gaza. The lowest shown was 11C. That's just above where it is likely you can suffer some effects of hypothermia. The only way it could possibly even get close to happening is if you left your child outside, without clothing, and kept them wet. Unless Gazans are doing something so horrific to their own kids, they aren't going to die of hypothermia it isn't fucking cold enough in Gaza for that to happen.
