Not close to what I had in mind when I posted that about the 1st amendment. Seems you're the one thinking about those types of things and projecting.

You agreed to limit your First Amendment rights when you registered on this privately-owned forum.

If you post something in violation of the rules, you will not be able to use the First Amendment as a defense.

There's no reference to the First Amendment in regard to the thread topic or in the thread at all until you brought it up in post 37, 19 posts after your nasty comment.
