While the ACLU is known for its work challenging government overreach, the organization does receive some funding from government agencies. In 2020, the ACLU received $10.3 million in government grants, primarily from the Legal Services Corporation and the Bureau of Justice Assistance.

Otherwise, it sounds more like just a generalized expression of dislike for the organization, like lefties saying "defund the police". I have a feeling it has something to do with the ACLU's involvement with that gender affirmation care for minors BS going on in the SCOTUS right now.

If so, I'm right there with him.

ACLU stated they do NOT get any gov money, but be a good maga chimp and screech falsehoods

I can totally relate to that! Now you know how I felt for the past 4 years with the tater head and kamala show! I'll give you a hint though, find something else to do that's REALLY fun because eventually I just got mad when all that biden crap came down. I finally completely retired last year because it wasn't worth working anymore, now I do all the fun stuff I never had time for and the TV stayed off for quite a while.

I predict you'll last maybe 6 months before you start getting mad at Trump's successes.
