I am not trying to be awkward or anything, but the figures stand on their own. The fact that you are unlikely to be murdered by someone black is more down to where you live than anything else.

Granted there were some mistakes made, but the DNA evidence was all over the place inside and outside the house. Who had the motive, his ex-missus was being fucked by another man isn't that motive enough? The reason that he got off was because DNA evidence was relatively new back then and Johnny Cochrane was able to cast doubt amongst the jury.

The biggest mistake made by the prosecution; Cochran: "if the glove don't fit, you must acquit."

It was amusing watching OJ struggle with the glove as he put it on; a great show for the jury. ;)

There is no proof, none what so ever, that Zimmerman is or was a racist. The fact that Trayvon is black, does not equate to Zimmerman being Black; unless you want to proclaim that anyone who shoots a black is racist.
Trayvon wasn't "innocent". He had been expelled from school for drugs, he had been caught with burglary tools and stolen jewelry, his FB account depicted him as a thug, and he attacked Zimmerman.

As for his having killed two people you couldn't possibly know that for a fact. OJ was like 10 minutes away from an air tight alibi and the only evidence against him was circumstantial (forensic) which was grossly mishandled to the point it rendered it virtually useless. The LA police and coroners department completely bungled that case.

The prosecutors deserve a lot of criticism for over charging him with a very weak case. A lesser charge could have won a felon conviction. Put his ass away for a long time and left him open to civil charges.

what other charges are there? couldn't get manslaughter, couldn't get some weird charge they added up wreckless endangerment of a child (paraphrased).. they weren't going to get anything. but yes he was overcharged. he shouldn't have been charged with anything.
