I wonder if I can find the photos Ms. Greer took in the early 70’s, there weren’t many clothes involved in those photos.
Did Bud keep them under his socks in the bureau?

When I examine my 'ignore' list, I don't doubt that I chose wisely and avoided inflicting interminable tedious dog-fights on posters, but it does mean I haven't an idea as to what this thread is about. Quite frustrating!

The TRUTH Why Modern Music Is Awful
"The Beautiful Boy is a book by Germaine Greer, published in 2003. Its avowed intention was "to advance women's reclamation of their capacity for and right to visual pleasure". "The first thing that strikes you about Germaine Greer's new book is just how lovely it is; page after page of sheeny illustrations of fine, languid boys as seen by artists from Praxiteles to Annie Leibovitz. But this is much more than a great coffee table book. In it, Greer is asking us to celebrate the evanescent loveliness of boys, but to do so in a very serious way." Odd that Greer is upset about females embracing their sexuality while at the same time Greer embraces male sexuality.

What the fuck is the matter with you? She is upset that stars like Beyonce use their bodies to sexualise preteens, is that so fucking hard to get your head around?
1. You keep saying that. I have a hard time thinking 'preteens' have made her a Millionaire.
2. MY point, not YOUR point, MY point ... is that I find a Germaine Greer, that has published a book on 'sexual beauty', being upset at ... 'sexual beauty'.
3. How HARD is that to comprehend?
That book was an art book intended for a very specific market. Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga et al target preteens and teens in a cynical attempt to make,as much money as possible, much of it through merchandising. Why you would even want to defend that is beyond me. Don't you think they should be role models and not teaching young girls, that to get on, you need to dress like a hooker?
hahahahahaha .... I won't be telling the Capitalists, the Entrepreneurs, the Cultural Icons how to conduct themselves.
MY comment, do you understand the words coming out of my mouth, MY comment ... is about the person complaining. Do. you. understand. that. ?
If it was Billy Graham, I would not be responding to this post.
Do. You. Understand.
I give up, it's hopeless. Stick to pottering around in your greenhouse.
