Israel should announce that every time from now on that Hamas fires a rocket from Gaza into Israel, shot down or not, they are going to drop 10 random buildings in Gaza for it. At some point, the entirety of Gaza will be a pile of smoldering rubble. Let Hamas live perpetually in that rubble if that's what they want.

Return it to its rightful owners, and ship the Arabs off to Syria or Iran. Depends on how they do it. They could warn the population ahead of time what buildings are targeted to allow evacuation, for example. They'd still be able to flatten the buildings, Hamas has no way to stop them.

That's a problem for Hamas to deal with. If Hamas doesn't fire rockets into Israel, then the problem resolves itself. What do you propose Israel does in retaliation for a Hamas rocket attack on Israel, file a complaint with the UN?

Shipping 2.2 million people anywhere would be difficult. Where the Bible explicitly mentions Gaza, it is always as an area without Jews, so I do not know about the rightful owner part. Also Iran is not an Arabic country.

With land grabs the density of people on the land to be grabbed is important. The more people, the more trouble. The less land, the less it is all worth. Gaza has a population density greater than London or Tokyo. Basically, Israel would have to forcibly move/kill 2.2 million people for the reward of 141 square miles.
