sure it is. millions upon millions of people do it every day. Ones morals doesn't mean they have to allow themselves to be raked over the coals, financially or otherwise, by an entity that refuses to abide by the laws created for them.

people are fond of saying 'the constitution is not a suicide pact', well neither are morals.
