I think he was referring to Kennydale Hill...it's a major thorough-fare of the I-405- N. Renton- no one wants to live there

i seriously lol'd when i read this. when we considered moving to seattle, i realized that about that neighborhood and a few others. i nearly got a place on first hill, my other choices were kennydale, capitol hill, kirkland.

Wedgewood in the northeast is also very much retirement community.
