Let's take a guess here: this is a comment on inner-city violence since many cities are Democrat controlled. So it's a big problem in the black community.
Do Republicans actually CARE about the black inner city? I'm struggling to see it in action....I mean I see a lot of complaining by Conservatives about black inner city poverty and crime....just don't see any real action.
But hey! You can use it to score political points on the left! That's good! FINALLY the Right has a use for black people.
Probably with actual "respect". It's not real respect when people show deference to you because you are armed. That's a survival instinct for humans when faced with a possibly unhinged and dangerous person swining around a gun.
