Admittedly, down here in H-town, there's parts of the city where you have to pay first, but where I live you can actually go in after pumping your gas.

It was all prepay when I was there. Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Waco, etc.

So your saying no permit is required. Just go buy a gun and a gun belt and you can start walking around? There mus be something preventing all those blacks buying guns. Could it be cost of a gun? I'm sure alot of people in the detroit area would not feel too comfortable being around a group of poor heavily armed black males
