Pleads to misdemeanor, gets probation, and then his record is wiped clean. This dood is just a bail-bondsman(!!!!) and did nothing wrong but this is an easy way out for him and no more legal fees. This is just face-saving on the part of Fanni Willis. "Look at me. I got a conviction."
He agreed to testify as part of the agreement. Guess who he worked closest with?
Clark, the guy from DOJ who wanted to be appointed AG, and Sidney Powell.
This should be great!
They're letting the small fish go to get the big fish.
And in return rolls over on trump and other defendants. It's called "plea-bargaining". You roll over, aka "flip" a little fish to get to a much bigger one. I don't see why you're celebrating.
He's going to sing like a canary.

Fool. He was part of the conspiracy which automatically makes him guilty of all charges that the rest of the criminal enterprise is convicted of.Pleads to misdemeanor, gets probation, and then his record is wiped clean. Yes. With Rudy the Drunk as the buffer.Naw, he merely has the info that will get to Clark, Powell and Latham.
Once that’s done, we can see what information THEY have and on whom. Each step gets closer to Trump. Clark and Powell are damn close to Trump.
No, it's called witness tampering. All prosecutors do this and it's illegal as hell. THINK

One of the conditions of the plea as that he cooperates with prosecutors and testifies against others.
None of these people are guilty of anything except challenging an election; Americans have been doing that for 230 years.
The cognitive dissonance is unbelievable. "He did nothing wrong"? He took part in a conspiracy. He hacked voting machines, turned over voting data - people's personal information to other criminals! Holy cow!
It's not illegal. It's how life works. Would you feel the same way if someone rolled over on Biden?

Instead, he will testify to what was actually discussed during the conspiracy. A valuable witness who will become one of many.
He's lucky. He got in first. At some point, other criminals in the conspiracy won't be needed to testify and they'll suffer the consequences.
Yup.
Just shows how stupid Text Driver is that he is unaware that is exactly how these giant cases work.
And that is the crime of witness tampering. "We'll give you a slap on the wrist if you say what we tell you to say in court."
Most people will say anything to avoid prison. States used to have laws against calling people under indictment as witnesses. Now everybody does it.
Everyone knows this is how it's done. Our legal system is built around prosecutors breaking the law and threatening witnesses with years of prison time unless they testify against others. This is the same as hanging people by the thumbs and telling them "give us names."
WITNESS TAMPERING IS A CRIME, and the fact it is common does not alter that fact.
These are foreign influence bot programs
China is currently big funding this shit since they saw how well it worked for Putin
HAHAHAHA. Hear that everybody? This moron says it is NOT witness tampering when the state tells a guy " We're gonna lock you up for 20 years unless you help us convict trump."
