Fool. He was part of the conspiracy which automatically makes him guilty of all charges that the rest of the criminal enterprise is convicted of.

Instead, he will testify to what was actually discussed during the conspiracy. A valuable witness who will become one of many.

He's lucky. He got in first. At some point, other criminals in the conspiracy won't be needed to testify and they'll suffer the consequences.

Most people will say anything to avoid prison. States used to have laws against calling people under indictment as witnesses. Now everybody does it.

Yup.

Just shows how stupid Text Driver is that he is unaware that is exactly how these giant cases work. It was said as soon as Fanni released all the charges and people were asking how so many defendants could be tried, that the expectations were many of them would flip.

The prosecution has little interest in putting a guy like this in jail, who was duped and a cog being used by people who were orchestrating a plan.

It is the same with Trumps, Valet dude, Pool guy, etc, who all could have got 'no time' deals, for testifying about hiding the classified doc's for Trump. Yes they did the acts, but Trump is the one responsible for it, thus they would give them deals to get Trump, as they should.

Everyone knows this is how it's done. Our legal system is built around prosecutors breaking the law and threatening witnesses with years of prison time unless they testify against others. This is the same as hanging people by the thumbs and telling them "give us names."

WITNESS TAMPERING IS A CRIME, and the fact it is common does not alter that fact.
