Guess it didn't work out for the third killer, eh? The sound of the driver loading his gun can clearly be heard on the video. This was a setup. Criminal and premeditated. Yes, they may have thought they this guy would be compliant to their illegal request, but he wasn't. Why are you still defending these scumbags?

You don't know much about guns like most libtards. Loading a gun, isn't evidence of premeditated murder, you don't have much legal education either.

I'm not defending them, I am looking at the laws in this state and applying them fairly to both sides. I know CRAZY! right. In your world whitey is always bad and evil, but I live in the real world.

I'm wondering if DEMOCRAT Domer Concart can prove "the sound of the driver loading his gun can clearly be heard on the video.

I didn't say that would prove premeditated murder. But the fact that the incident was being filmed by a third person with knowledge of the other two indicates planning, as does the statement of the shooter.

"(a) A person commits the offense of murder when he unlawfully and with malice aforethought, either express or implied, causes the death of another human being."

Premediated murder.

It looked like the black guy was running past the white truck, ... and then the next thing you see is the black guy with his hands on the barrel of the shotgun. He could have kept running. What made him grab the shotgun? That didn't seem overly intelligent.
