He stood his ground?!! (Not?!!)

That's what I thought...
For days now people have attempted to engage you in debate.

That is a fantastic claim; you might want to read my signature. FEW liberals are on this forum engage in debate. They are here to emotionally erupt fabricating incredible strawmen in an effort to provoke, flame and bait. Spare me your dishonest hypocrisy and retarded nonsense.

You couldn’t “engage” in a debate any more than you can comprehend the truth or a fact.

Sadly, your inability to compose even the simplest of sentences that isn't overflowing with invective, renders any attempt at rational discourse with you impossible.

That is a fascinating and false claim; I compose numerous posts that do not contain “invective” on this forum on a daily basis. They just are not directed at pathetic whiney dishonest dunces like you because trying to have a coherent HONEST debate with you is beyond your pay grade.

Demonstrate to everyone once again how you prove the truth behind the statement "insults and vulgarity are the last refuge of the weak-minded."

I will be glad to do that when you demonstrate that you are not a dishonest hyper partisan asshole hypocrite who is not stuck on your special brand of stupid; AND, when you take out this selective outrage on vulgar Liberal dunces like Rune, The Dude and evince.

Deal?

You’re not only a dishonest whiney vagina man dunce; but an incredible hypocrite of epic proportions.

Zap, there is no legislation that is going to make children 100% free from the possibility of gun violence. Even banning guns in this country wouldn't prevent guns from being here. Considering the number of guns we have in this country shootings like the one that happened at Newton are rare which is a good thing. I like that we have laws that don't allow guns to be sold to those who are shown to be mentally ill. That is good legislation imo. Again, I'm not a gun guy so I don't know all the in's and out's but there is no legislation that jumps out at me that is going to prevent the periodic random (and tragic) event such as Newtown. Not in a free society.

I guess we could create a TSA like airport/government building environment at every school where everyone coming into the school area is searched. Not sure how many people would go for that.

Zap, does that look like I'm suggesting we have no gun laws at all? Jesus dude.

Thank you, for once again proving my "retarded nonsense" about your inability to compose even a SINGLE sentence free of invective was in fact...THE TRUTH.

You couldn’t “engage” in a debate any more than you can comprehend the truth or a fact.

That's your OPINION...nothing more. More over, it's disproven several times a day.

Then prove it...that should be simple enough, right?

Deal?

Just as I thought...Defective Truth is just another "do as I say and not as I do" Rightie...demanding that all Liberals be "even handed" in their reprisals.

Naturally he doesn't have to abide by the rules he sets for others...typical two-faced Rightie...ROTFLMAO.

You’re not only a dishonest whiney vagina man dunce; but an incredible hypocrite of epic proportions.

More insults...how surprising...NOT! :good4u:

Yes, it does.

Ken wouldn't understand the difference either apparently. He probably thinks speed limits are actual barriers put on cars that make them incapable of speeding too. What a dumbass, but then what should one expect from someone who is too intellectually feeble to even type a couple sentences instead of resorting ONLY to cartoons. I wonder if the companies that pay him to spam our boards feel bad about employing the legally retarded. It's probably a form of exploitation.

Still waiting for you to get off the sidelines and give us your thoughts on how we might possibly stop the slaughter of innocent children by lunatics with guns.
SLAUGHTER? From the left leaning Slate article:

5. Mass shootings aren’t the problem. “The number of public mass shootings of the type that occurred at Sandy Hook Elementary School accounted for a very small fraction of all firearm-related deaths,” says the report. “Since 1983 there have been 78 events in which 4 or more individuals were killed by a single perpetrator in 1 day in the United States, resulting in 547 victims and 476 injured persons.” Compare that with the 335,000 gun deaths between 2000 and 2010 alone.

http://www.slate.com/articles/healt..._deaths_and_self_defense_findings_from_a.html

What gun haters like you realize, is that without mass shootings like the one at Sandy Hook, it's hard to get traction with the general public, so you appeal to the "slaughter" of children to make it appear that there is some sort of mass shooting epidemic when the truth is pools kill more kids in one year than all the deaths from mass shootings. Appeal to emotion is NOT a valid debate technique, nor is it appropriate when attempting to legislate.
