He stood his ground?!! (Not?!!)

Well I am not a woman so obviously you weren't speaking to me.

Let me know if you change your mind and want to talk...
OK so you fooled me there. My perception was based on your unwillingness to accept responsibility, along with your emotional responses. Care to address the question now?

It's simple...the Constitution was written by the Founding Fathers...a group of wealthy land owners.

Correct?

Per usual, when you are exposed with your indefensible position, you become obtuse.

So tell me again, woman, how our rights came from "wealthy land owners" and not God, and EXACTLY how that equates for RESPECT for the Constitution.
God is a figment of your imagination. End of story. It's reality. Deal with it.

I would envision sitting down with experts in the field of mental health and designing a written exam that would identify those with anger management and impulse control issues.

Anyone with anger management or impulse control issues would not be allowed to own a weapon until such time as they complete the proper psychiatric treatment program.

A firing test might consist of having the weapon in front of the person being tested and requiring him/her to reassemble the gun before firing.

Those tested must demonstrate the proper proficiency to reassemble the weapon before being allowed to own one.

Happy?

Now...let the petty derisive attacks begin!

and I would say that when you test that out on cops and it proves successful in keeping bad ones off the force, maybe we can talk about trying it on the public.

I don't see why Police should have any more of a right to use deadly force than any other individual.
