Pretty much. It's usually either warm and raining or cold and raining. Just to provide some variation the rain sometimes turns to hail or even sleet.

London is currently dealing with temperatures in the low 20's (and rain). Here in the north we are blessed with a tropical 19 (and heavy rain showers).
