No, the election was not stolen and in their heart of hearts, I think most people accept this. If you don't I can think of two reasons why. First, you guys seem to think if trump won some swing states in 2016, he'd automatically win those same states in 2020. The fact is that 2016 was an aberration because some of those swing states voted blue for decades before trump. They gave him a chance, it didn't work out as they expected, so they went back to voting blue.
Second, trump brainwashed his followers since before the 2016 election with the lie that the only way he could lose is if the voting was rigged. Even though he won the EV in 2016 he still claimed that the popular vote was rigged. trump is a poor winner and a worse loser. He lost in 2020 fair and square but his followers would rather believe his lies than the facts.
They were at the same party more than a decade before Bill Clinton's pal was jailed.
