There is no liberal indoctrination. Rightys believe the dumbest shit. And they believe so much. They believe that ,because they cannot resist propaganda. That is why they are Trumpies.
 
People who have good educations don't tend to degrade the accomplishment.
Dummies who couldn't cut it call it liberal indoctrination. Now even hard science has to fend off attacks.

“Well, how about Winston Churchill?” I recommended.


“Oh no, not him,” she replied. “He was a racist and didn’t think women should have rights. He wasn’t a good guy.”


I was floored. It clearly wasn’t something she came up with on her own. She was just regurgitating propaganda her teacher had taught her. All sense of nuance and critical thinking about the man who saved Europe from the Nazis was gone. Churchill committed “wrongthink,” so in the bin he goes.

And even if this fake story actually was true, the fictional teacher isn't wrong. Churchill should be regarded as a war criminal. He only isn't because history is written by the winners.

We won the cold war, but didn't think about Marxism sinking in deep in our institutions. They run the schools, college, and Media.

With they they have the ability to indoctrinate. Until they are taken back we are doomed.

After reading that tripe, my guess is that Douglas was given a choice of "quit or be fired" very early in his career as a "teacher".

First, the major problem with our schools is they don't teach Critical Thinking at all .

Second, he slings out the accusation of teaching "socialism and anti-patriotism" then never makes his case of who that is being done. The comments of another asshole teacher are not proof.

Lastly, the manner in which he wrote indicates teaching a single school and, as noted above, a single school year. His comment was "As someone who has worked in education for four years", not "a teacher for four years". Seems deliberately opaque to me. He could have been a teacher's assistant for three years and/or worked in an office or the library.


I tried to Google his career but only came up with his work at the Heritage Foundation and their brainwashing/indoctrination titled "Heritage's Young Leaders Program". My assessment is that Doug is a major douchebag and touched in the head so he could be the next Stephen Miller.

The Anglo British & Russian Soviet allies clearly killed far more people than some of the Fascists had, like Mussolini, or Franco, for example.

Figure it this way, Mussolini & Franco combined may have killed 1 million.

Churchill may have killed 3 million in India in the Bengali Famine. (He bombed Dresden & killed 25,000 German civilians during WW2)

Truman may have killed several millions in Korea. (He bombed & killed 200,000 Japanese civilians during WW2)

Stalin may have killed 10's of millions before WW2 even had begun. (He killed 22,000 Poles in Katyn during WW2)

Seems to me the argument is essentially the same as almost every other one here....

If the right supports it is propaganda

If the left supports it is propaganda..



Teachers teach what they are told to teach, or they get someone else to do it.....

It comes down from the state, not the teachers....

Whatever they are forced to teach-they teach.. Kids can ask questions & a teacher that wants to can make their points if they so wish...

To believe kids are going to just accept it all is questionable & another topic...

More likely just like there pledge of allegiance, they are going to mumble it through w/ not knowing nor caring what it means A~ V I C...........

And even Stalin wasn't recognized as a mass murder in the West until the Cold War. If the Cold War never happened, Americans would probably still be honoring "Uncle Joe" as a great friend of America.

I recall a teacher or two who read from the Bible in the morning. The Gideons came through and handed out miniature Bibles. I found mine recently.

Indoctrination? Most certainly. It never stuck for most anyway. It was just the routine.

I'm all for a plague on both their houses, but I've never actually seen the Left say something is right-wing indoctrination in schools. At most, Leftists will say something is factually wrong, like the story of the first Thanksgiving. But they don't pretend there is a coordinated effort to make kids more conservative.
