How so? Both symbols can easily start a conflict by being worn due to the violence associated with them.
 
I'd make it a mission to complain about any other students wearing any gang related colors, anyone wearing ANYTHING political, sports wear, etc.

Sometimes being a pain in the ass, can be fun. :D

Am I the only one that knows about all the school restrictions on clothing? Some didn't even allow ball caps to begin with. Anything with any alcohol or drug advertising was a big no. The kiss my ace, poker shirt would be a no. Any political thing that would cause confrontation, would often be a no. They don't even want explicit sticker CD's. They wanted to take mine away once, and got nowhere though. Messing with a metalhead's music is not wise. Kind of like trying to take a box of donuts away, from a cop that was stranded on a deserted island.

Damn Yurt is being a whiny kid again. The first amendment has nothing to do with maga hats in school. A school isn't the government infringing on you cupcakes, so grow up. They'd make you turn any shirt, with aggressive, or confrontational political rhetoric, inside out. Schools can assign uniforms for fuck sake, so quit whining. Maga isn't a religious hat, so it doesn't even have a case of discrimination of freedoms. You can't just express yourself any way you want, in your clothing, at school. Until you learn what's appropriate for public schools, you shouldn't touch this argument with a ten foot pole, people. Friggen spoiled babies.
