Hit Bottom?

Don't forget the resurgence in Foreclosures. We've got 7 notices for the HOA in just the past month. It's looking ugly for the home values in my area if that keeps up.

The rumor is a sizable number of States will default within the next 12 months. No pay for the employees. :(

Well, you didn't disappoint. What a dumb, partisan thing to say.

Just for the record, we hit bottom a while ago.

document....though if you want to save Jarod's reputation you had better start with showing nothing got worse after March.....oops, how many jobs lost since March, 2009.....how many mortgages foreclosed since March, 2009?......

We're talking rock bottom. You said you hoped it would turn around NOW, with a new legislature. That is complete partisan ignorance.

Rock bottom is the point at which things started turning around. Whether you're talking about confidence, jobs, the market, productivity, et al., spring of '09 is around the time that we can look at for bottom.

So, ya know - you're a little off there.

You tend to be pretty partisan; just an FYI....

like I said....document.....I see jobs lost since spring of 09......I see homes foreclosed on since spring of 09....I see bankruptcies filed since spring of 09.....what do you see?......

Really? I think it's pretty rich irony that you're posting on a thread that proves one of your many lies.

You're shameless, though...

LOL

I see Yurtsie ran away from this one. I think he forgot why this thread was bumped to begin with...

you're just a silly little person onceler....it is really hilarious that you call out others for being partisan....its funny you claim i ran from this thread, but when its claimed you run you state there is no such thing as running away on the internet....ah...more onceler "honesty"

seriously, its damn funny....its like rush telling someone to stop being partisan

:awesome:

"Municipal Default Crisis On the Horizon...

One of the few analysts to predict the credit freeze and the financial catastrophe says the next big threat to our economy is a growing meltdown of state and local governments -- and no one seems to be doing anything about it.

Meredith Whitney says there is a lack of transparency within the state disclosure process that is the worst she has ever seen. She says that ultimately we have to use what data is publicly available, and points out that a lot of it is more than two years old.

Economists say state and local governments have been getting by on the billions of dollars handed out by various federal stimulus programs, but the debt, estimated to be around $2 trillion, is starting to make some people nervous about another big bailout."

So....I called that correctly then? You responded w/out remembering that this was the thread you tried to run away from previously, because I bumped it to show you were lying about Jarod?

What a dumb move. Hilarious, though...

you're an odd person...i didn't lie about anything and i didn't forget how stupid you look for bumping this meaningless thread...jarod did what i said he did and this thread doesn't change that

sorry you're that desperate to try and catch me in a lie since i've caught you in so many...i would tell you to quit your obsession as its futile, i don't lie, but we all know you are like a dog in heat over it

You definitely lied. Again. You said Jarod was "all over the board" immediately after Bush left office, "constantly" posting about improving economic #'s and jobs. Yet here is a thread a few months into his term, still speculating about rock bottom.

Looks bad for you. But you never admit stuff like that, even when it's in your face...
