Hmmmmm.....are the fires from a dry winter & strong winds, or DEI?

Thorough as usual, well done. I had to give you props for hitting my funny bone. I'm not sure how long you've had that signature, but I just read it. They're all good, but when I got to "no slavery is forcing another into labor" -archives. I busted a gut. lol
I update my sig from time to time when some moron creates a better quote than the ones I have. Glad you enjoy them!

You might want to monitor the Monthly Contest, conducted in the War Zone. Each month, I choose a particular event or fallacy for that month which is not revealed. Points are awarded to those I choose are participating throughout the month. At the end of the month I publish the final scores and reveal the event or fallacy used.

For example, Dutch Uncle won the November Contest which was a false attribution fallacy (otherwise known as Mantra 30a on my List of Mantras, published on Politiplex).

Dutch also won the October Contest which was War Mongering.

Daylight won the December contest, which was the use of Nazis, Hitler, or comparing Trump to a dictator. Dutch only came in 2nd on that one!

The January Contest is running now. I post running scores approx once a week.

Thousands of men were involved in designing the utility and water system and builing that utility and water system as well as designing the homes and neighborhoods that have burned. Do you think those men are at fault for not anticipating a fire this large? Or is it only the women who accepted the word of the men that everything was built as needed?
You seem to forget that DEMOCRATS removed reservoirs to save some common bait fish and/or Sea Monkeys.
You also seem to forget that DEMOCRATS prohibited removal of brush.
You also seem to forget that DEMOCRATS made it too much of a liability to provide fire insurance, which is why they all left the SDTC.
You also seem to forget that DEMOCRATS push the Church of Global Warming, and that arsonists start fires every year in the L.A. area in the name of 'climate change'.

So a lot of homes were lost needlessly.
And the looters weren't far behind.

It's amazing how you don't quite understand how gravity works.
Water pressure is created using gravity.
What water pressure??? You have to have water to have water pressure!
That means the water has to be at a higher location than the pipe it is coming out of.
Nope. There is thing called a pump.
The fires are in the hills.
Not all of them, and there is no water to put them out...so water drop planes are heading to the ocean and pouring SALT WATER on the fire. This effectively salts the soil, and nothing will grow in it.

Welcome to massive erosion and dust storms.
There were three reservoirs at the top of the hills.
Nope. They had no water in them.
All 3 were completely full.
Nope. They had no water in them.
Each reservoir held about a million gallons of water. There was more than enough water to try to save a couple of hundred homes. The problem is there were thousands of homes at risk. The water was used faster than it could be replenished in that over 3 million gallons of water was used in less than 24 hours.
So you admit there was no water in them.
Based on your thinking skills, if you were in charge of California the entire state would be destroyed because you don't know the first thing about planning.
The entire state IS being destroyed, thanks to the DEMOCRATS. Why do you think people are fleeing it??

I've been in the SDTC. It's grim and depressing. I avoid the place.

Are you really so stupid that you think the governor of a state designs utilities?
What utilities???

The SDTC does not have anywhere near enough power generating capacity. They import almost ALL their power from outside, on two heavily overloaded lines. When the transient comes, the WRIC is NOT going to sacrifice itself to save the SDTC. It will be disconnected.

You toss me questions like that, and you think you're the brain? Who in their loony bin mind has said Gavyboy is the architect of utility systems? But rest easy, because Newscum has promised to dive deep into the water debacle. Californians can now have sweet dreams, knowing their governor, the useless sack of air, is supposedly on it—LOL, Wake up, you mindless automatons!
It's only a matter of time before King Newsom is deposed.

Global warming is a major factor in the increased severity and frequency of unprecedented weather catastrophes worldwide.

Are there any Denier-Friendly insurance companies ?

Haw, haw, haw............................haw, haw...........................haw, haw, haw, haw, haw................................haw, haw..........................haw.

Hey, hey, hey! How many times do I have to tell you that logical, fact based questions are not good for the MAGA brain? It's like a new born's skull ... soft and easily damaged if pressed too hard!

But at least newborns eventually grow, mature, and become teens and adults capable of absorbing new information and able to practice critical thinking. MAGATs? Not so much.

Good point. Many of the largest insurers (State Farm is one) have quit writing policies in places like Florida and fire-prone areas of California.

No gas or vapor has the capability to warm the Earth, moonbat. You are still ignoring the 1st law of thermodynamics. You cannot create energy out of nothing. There is nothing unprecedented about any weather. As far as the severity or frequency of Atlantic hurricanes, for example, the National Hurricane Center disagrees with you.
