No shit, Sherlock. Hate crime is an enchantment. The haters target people randomly due to their race, sex, religion, creed and such.

Why are you unhappy about hate crime? Wouldn't it make you more happy that murderers get harsher sentences?

This means that lynching of anyone in America and regardless of who they have become a federal hate crime law punishable to 30 years in prison.
