House Republicans Have Collectively Voted To Repeal Obamacare Over 7,000 Times

Okay Vanilla it is simple math, are you smarter thn a 5th grader?

You take the number of Republicans who voted against the bill, multiply it by 42 and you get the collective number of votes against the ACA which has been rounded to the nearet number.

Do you understand now how they arrived at this number?

I understand the spin.....

the '42' is what now ?.....where did you dig up that number ?

Are you saying the House voted 42 times to repeal ACA ? Then it wasn't over 7000 times.....

so smarter than you is sufficient....

wrong.....if no one throws stones people will keep building glass houses.....they are both impractical and incredibly expensive......

interesting that the republicans didn't throw any stones when THEY were spending like drunken sailors, though, isn't it?

THAT is what is hypocritical about their all or nothing approach now.

again we did.....that's where the Tea Party came from......what defense do YOU have to an accusation of hypocrisy?........

WHAT all or nothing approach ?......What are you talking about ?

Obama stated unambiguously, HE WILL not negotiate with the Republicans...yet you say its the Repbublicans have an all or nothing approach ?

That does not compute...

and I specifically recall Republicans saying they want to deal.....

ya think that higher taxes on the uber-wealthy are something they'll be willing to deal with? My guess is that they will be willing to deal as long as Obama excepts everything they want.

you already had one tax increase this year....its time to cut some spending for a change.....

so... you think that republicans refusing to consider any revenue generating options whatsoever is evidence of their willingness to deal?

As part of the 2011 Budget Control Act

and he actually got around to doing the $500 billion cut to defense spending in 2013....of course the $500 billion cut to domestic spending hasn't actually happened yet......nor has the rest of the promised $1.5 trillion in cuts ever happened.....

be that as it may, that was the pledge made to get the cap raised in 2011......the cap was raised again in 2012 (with a tax increase and a pledge to finally get around to the 2011 cuts in 13).....now the cap needs to be raised again in 2013.....

what have you done for us lately?.......
