Obama stated unambiguously, HE WILL not negotiate with the Republicans...yet you say its the Repbublicans have an all or nothing approach ?

and he actually got around to doing the $500 billion cut to defense spending in 2013....of course the $500 billion cut to domestic spending hasn't actually happened yet......nor has the rest of the promised $1.5 trillion in cuts ever happened.....

be that as it may, that was the pledge made to get the cap raised in 2011......the cap was raised again in 2012 (with a tax increase and a pledge to finally get around to the 2011 cuts in 13).....now the cap needs to be raised again in 2013.....

what have you done for us lately?.......
