If the US is going to have world-leading tech companies, we're going to have to import any specialized talent that we don't have.

I explained this to you for those very few areas in which salaries are decreasing, but the fact remains that salaries are, and have been, rising in the tech fields requiring the specialized talent that we lack. I don't know where you get you bad information but you are quite mistaken on this point as well.
