How Do You Look At It?

There's a third way:

Woke is merely asking people to be aware of how their actions and their advantages sometimes come at the expense of others. And that many of us who find ourselves to be comfortable in life with lots of expendable cash and comfort may have been given a gift by generations before which came at the expense of others who have less.

Woke is being aware that that career advancement that brown person down the aisle from your cube got was NOT at YOUR expense, but rather because they were finally SEEN BY MANAGEMENT and their value could be appreciated.

Woke is being aware that the circumstances of your birth, even down to your zip code, largely define whether you have a comfortable life or one that is met with constant struggle to make enough money to survive.

Woke is just being awake.

The fact that you guys on the Right find these things UNBEARABLE is the biggest indictment here. Learn. Do better. BE better.
woke is racism and misandry against whites and men.

that's all.

being against h1bs is not woke. it's just being a good american.

There are two ways to look at WOKE.
1. Everything WOKE turns to shit
2. Everything that is shit is incorporated into WOKE

Which one is correct? We know that Donald Trump believes #1. Do you agree with Trump, or do you believe that #2 is actually correct?

the more i read this the more I realize how retarded and desperate it actually is.

get you head out of you fucking ass, legion.

This part is correct. Kudos.

Not really. Managers cannot use H1B visas to somehow get employees to work for less than fair market value, and companies can face stiff penalties for paying specialized employees less than fair market value.
wages have stopped rising in the industry due to h1b. that's proves your argument is retarded.

you're a lying shitbox, fake maga, traitor cocksuckr.

ok. smarty pants. why is smart to lock all American students out of whole industries? explain it.
The correct answer is that no one is being locked out of any industry. You are totally fabricating that part.

If the US is going to have world-leading tech companies, we're going to have to import any specialized talent that we don't have.

Let me know when the light bulb comes on, then we can talk about fixing our education systems to convert our lack of needed specialized talent.to an abundance of specialized talent.

wages have stopped rising in the industry due to h1b.
Not due to H1B. I explained this to you for those very few areas in which salaries are decreasing, but the fact remains that salaries are, and have been, rising in the tech fields requiring the specialized talent that we lack. I don't know where you get you bad information but you are quite mistaken on this point as well.

that's proves your argument is retarded.
Mine is the observation and yours is the retarded argument.

you're a lying shitbox, fake maga, traitor cocksuckr.
I thought I was fascist globalist lying shitbox fake maga traitor corkscrewer.

you babbled but you didn't effectively explain shit.

they are depressed due to h1bs.

they're not rising for Americans at all when you import replacement workers because you're a corporate cocksucking traitor.

America is Americans.

You are wise beyond your years.
I've simply made some of those mistakes myself and eventually learned from them.

After some time of being caught up in the "torches and pitchforks" mindset, I took a step back from it and I realized, "so long as I hold an 'all or nothing' attitude on this issue, I'm actually accomplishing NOTHING instead of accomplishing SOMETHING"... I've also learned that there are a good number of "Christian apologists" who actually WANT to be losers on the abortion issue so that they can continue grifting off of it.

I then started noticing other things with my "new eyes", including why the conservative agenda all but never actually advances forward compared to how the Marxist agenda keeps slowly/steadily advancing forward. This is where people like Damocles and (current moniker) Litmus come into play. They get overly emotional over a single issue and then toss their ball and go home instead of supporting a person who is actually fighting to advance the conservative "working class" agenda in general, but especially when it comes to this nation's economic, energy, and foreign policies.

Litmus is willing to get overly emotional and throw all of that away because of his view that all h1b visas are bad, because, "globalist fascist corporatist whatever". Damocles is willing to get overly emotional and throw all of that away because of his view on one of Trump's Truth Social posts, a view that is based on a context-removed erroneous understanding of the post. Now, they aren't the only two, but they are the two examples on JPP that I have run across most recently. Plenty of other generally conservative voters do the same thing with plenty of other (vital to them) issues.

When it all comes down to it, taking small steps forward is what actually results in forward movement (or "sooooo much winninggggg", as Trump likes to say). Crossing one's arms and pouting until Marxists shove one backwards is an action that ultimately results in backward movement (or, as is commonly said in reference to the GOP these days, "snatching defeat from the jaws of victory").

This is a large reason why MAGA (and the iterations that came before it) came to be... Many decent hard-working people have grown sick and tired of the largely-compromised-GOP's loser mentality and want to actually take forward steps for a change... want to actually WIN for a change.

Remember that sometimes those small steps can be big steps as well. You've read my argument against killing living humans who have not committed any crime and who have not expressed any desire to die, with "living" being defined as "there is a heartbeat" and "human" defined as having human DNA (with no mention of the word "person" or "abortion" and touching upon said killing being performed for the convenience of a 3rd party). This is crafted as a first step, which provides the groundwork for the rest to thereafter be whittled away until nothing remains, but let's break down this first step:

Killing living humans - doesn't mention "abortion" but nonetheless places in its already illegal higher-level category with all the other murderous atrocities committed around the world in horrific fashion.

Not committed any crime - eliminates the "death penalty" derailment

Not expressed any desire to die - eliminates the negligible "suicide / adults wishing to die painlessly and in dignity" derailment

Heartbeat - grants exceptions for those cases that don't meet the medical community's very specific and technical definition of "alive"

Human - instead of "person" - keep all terminology rooted in science and medicine, removed from any possible legalese pitfalls.

Convenience delimintation - grant exceptions for the less than 1% of pregnancies that risk the health/life of the mother

If this were the law of the land and were the prevalent moral view of society, more than 99% of abortions would vanish. Thereafter, We the People could take our time debating and further refining our perspective on the remaining less than 1%.

yes they are.

entry level programming jobs are being 100% populated with h1b people.

that's a complete shutout.

you're a lying fucking bag of traitor trash.
