How many MAGAs will lose their Medicaid coverage?

that was referring to the QUESTION PUT TO YOU about trump being a Russian agent.
As I said SEVERAL TIMES NOW HE COULD BE for all we know.
And You still haven't answered my question, how are YOU 100% SURE Trump didn't give any of the people he had in those rooms WITHOUT another American in the room?
As far as I am concerned He is one of the biggest threats to AMERICAN SECURITY we have EVER had.

is there a possibility he's not?

is there a possibility he's not?
Again I NEVER said he was.
But neither YOU nor I know for SURE he isn't .
Nether one of us or any other AMERICAN was in those rooms when he had those meetings , so again he COULD have given or sold some of our secrets to them , we may NEVER know for SURE.

this is why you lost.

are you aware that you sound insane?

this is why you lost.

are you aware that you sound insane?
Lost what?
It looks more like it is you who is the one that lost.
YOU are the one that can't answer a simple question or don't want to admit there IS a chance Trump COULD have sold / or given either those Russians / Putin or the Chines at MAR some of our secrets.
the FACT is there was NOT another AMERICAN or a Russian speaking American in those meetings and there IS A CHANCE he could have.
YOU can't say and be 100% SURE he didn't.

The criminals are private industry and capitalism, not the government.

My wife saw significant Medicaid fraud in the assisted living care facility industry, and she also saw attempts by state and federal regulators to catch fraudsters and reduce the risk of fraud.
There seems to be very little interest in dealing with the problem. For about 5 minutes we had a local retired detective rooting out fraud. The position was cut when he started having results that were too good. I'm not sure I understand it, other than the fact that our area has rampant fraud committed by a group that votes as a block.

Seems like I see a story almost every month about an assisted care facility in California getting busted or fined for Medicaid fraud. My wife told me state inspectors come to her facility twice a year and go through the facility's records with a fine tooth comb.

That's common. Even around here. I'm guessing it's because Medicaid pays a fraction of what private insurance or OOP would pay. So they try and tack on fees wherever they can. My MIL is in a care facility for the last month. Medicaid pays either 21 or 28 days. Now they want $200/day from us and they drag their feet 'assessing' her so that she can come home. As it turns out, her private insurance will cover those costs but they tried to bill us.

But there are heinous abuses of the system that are actually within the Medicaid parameters. Drug addicts get a cab every day to go 50 miles one way to the only methadone clinic in the area. Do the math. These same people call the cab to take them to the mall, to the bar, or wherever they need to go and the cab company is happy to collect the fees.

If these agencies spent the money necessary to police the systems, it would be cheaper in the long run

Montana among nine states poised to end Medicaid coverage amid Trump cuts

With Donald Trump’s return to the White House and Republicans taking full control of Congress in 2025, the Affordable Care Act’s Medicaid expansion is back on the chopping block.

Did you read what you wrote here? I'm assuming YOU wrote it because there is no link, but I don't really need one because the salient point is, "the Affordable Care Act’s Medicaid expansion is back on the chopping block." This translates to "I got this from a traditional scare mongering leftist, Trump hating source."

I have nothing against traditional Medicaid for those who truly need it. My own mother was on it for a few months before she passed away, but "expanding" it is just vote buying.

Give your thanks to liberals for inventing a program allowing your mother to have health insurance.

Conservatives have hated Medicaid ever since Lyndon Johnson got it passed and signed into law.

So you love socialism! It keeps you alive.

YOU ARE WELCOME! I'm glad I could help you out since you did serve the country.

When I quit my job to take another one I don't still get freebies from my old employer. Socialism can be nice, eh?
Pay attention: YOU GET SOCIAL SECURITY BASED ON YOUR DOCUMENTED WORK HISTORY. So no matter how many employers you have, you social security will be based on the culmination of those checks you received.

As for Medicaid, here's the breakdown: www.medicaidplanningassistance.org/medicaid-eligibility-income-chart/

And here is who qualifies: www.mvphealthcare.com/welcome/medicaid?utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=commstate_medicaid_sp24&utm_source=bing&utm_content=medicaid_enrollment_eligibility_bing&utm_id=lgid24_264&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=commstate_medicaid&utm_source=bing&utm_content=medicaid_enrollment/eligibility&utm_id=mlid24_103&msclkid=69fb7af68dba1716e6d31da5578734e5

The Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) Medicaid expansion expanded Medicaid coverage to nearly all adults with incomes up to 138% of the Federal Poverty Level ($20,783 for an individual in 2024) and provided states with an enhanced federal matching rate (FMAP) for their expansion populations.

Giving people a fighting chance to survive the rising COLA and medical cost is not "vote buying" but is in accordance with our Constitution to meet the general welfare of the people. Capice?

Yes, I know what the article is about.

Trump's most rabid base are lower income whites, exactly the kind of people who are going to use the expended Medicaid, food stamps, and SS disability income in disproportionate numbers.

Sounds like a made up story
I wish it was. It happened at St. Paul's hospital ER. I have had people drive up in brand new pickups and refuse to pay a cent for their care. At least she paid something. Happens all the time. Once when I was going to work I stopped in a grocery store to pick up something for lunch. Two women in front of me slowed me down by holding up the register line while one went back for something. They then paid with food stamp cards that one got out of a $600 purse (I had just bought one for my wife.) Then they got in a new BMW and drove off. I wondered why I worked for a living.

I fired her in feb. 2011. (As well as made a police report and report to Diversion Control Division). Not your fault you didn't know that. Now you know.
I had an employee writing prescriptions and selling them in the parking lot. He also sold a scrip pad to a young woman that I caught writing herself scripts. I called her before I turned her into the DEA. Her dad, a FBI agent, called me back and said his daughter would not do something like that. He said someone must have stolen her identity. I informed him that I had the address of the pharmacy that the prescription was presented to and it was in a different state and town from my clinic and was literally around the block from where his daughter lived. He moaned and said thank you and hung up the phone.

It has always baffled me how so many patients i saw on Medicaid could somehow afford their bling and rides.
And most were obviously not starving either.
I strongly suspect that the woman may have been a call girl. She was dressed very provokedly. Not a lot of verifiable income.
