I'm not sure you actually read the article you posted because I repeat, it stated nothing of any proposals going to Congress. It simply stated the fact that anyone serious about addressing debt must address entitlements. People putting their head in the sand upon hearing that doesn't change the facts.

Yep......the great social security scare all the old people scam. I will turn 61 in the spring,....for as long as Ive been ALIVE I have been hearing the SAME LIE from Democrats everywhere. You would THINK they would be embarrassed of themselves enuff by now to at least try SOME new material. This is the boy who cried wolf on steroids!

There’s such thing as private insurance.

70% of those who voted for trump don't even study the issues. They voted for hatred and insults. These are the same people who watched Springer every day.

When the ACA is trashed, that automatically cuts Medicaid. As you mentioned, the Red states have denied their constituents access to healthcare for decades. Blue states might just find ways to make up the funding, but this will be interesting to watch.

I'm quite sure drug companies aren't going to be happy about Medicaid cuts. Hospitals will go back to being primary care facilities for millions of Americans.

Most private insurance will not act as the primary payer for those who qualify for Medicare.
