How much MONEY is bleeding from the economy right now??

That is all great and well. The pictures clearly show that the wall was cut with a torch. No reason to get upset because the media once again fooled people.
No. The picture doesn't. The point stands. trump's wall can be breached with tools obtained from any hardware store.

Of course I have. If you insist that it can't be cut with anything but a torch...which is wrong...then this looks like the perfect tool for the job.

Not that I would expect you to know anything about cutting steel or tools for that matter.

-If 1,000,000 gov. workers buy a $5 sandwich and coke at lunch, after 5 days that's $25MILLION gone from the economy.
-If 1,000,000 gov. workers cut their family of 4 grocery budget for a WEEK by 15%=$30, ($195 a week, low cost food plan per USDA) $30MIL leaves the economy.
-If 1,000,000 gov. workers take 1 kid out of daycare, who is laid off, at $175-$200 per week $175- $200MIL. leaves the economy per week.

This is a minute sampling.

(And remember, none of the above losses will go back INTO the economy once the shutdown ends)

how about all the jobs sent overseas, all that lunch money...gone.

how about money sent back to mexico? also gone.

globalism kills. I hope you really care.

Beans and rice or mac & cheese at home vs. a $5.00 sandwich and Coke is LOST INCOME for the local sandwich shop. A kid pulled out of daycare is LOST INCOME to the daycare operator. Maybe their grocery bill will go up because they'll eat more at home. I wouldn't bet on that though. First thing MOST people would do would be to cut out ALL the extras and/or buy cheaper foodstuffs.

They'll save on average 10-12 gallons of gas a week NOT driving back and forth to work. Of course that's $25-$30 lost income a week to 'gas stations'.
