He will likely lose. The punishment isn't that serious. He won't risk getting caught bribing the judges. After all its only 50 games.

The President has more power then any other American. He doesn't even have to seek reelection anymore. His power is equal to Congress. He controls the government agencies and departments. He can find out anything about anyone. He can do things by executive order. He may be a servant with too many masters but he also can do whatever he wants. It is difficult to control a president. Presidents have advantages. They can be manipulated and lied to but they do have real power. That is why people try to control presidents because they do have real power. They can choose to exercise real power or have others do it for them. Obama does what he wants.
