What is a "best" soldier?
I said the majority of their main force is dug in defending the land they already captured and Ukraine has not even engaged them yet.
They can't even get to them.
All Ukraine is doing is fighting screening forces from the russian military and the mercs they were using to keep Ukraine busy and make them use up their equipment and personel.
Russia's main force is however using missiles and drones and artillery in full force.
Hell, Russia hasn't even committed their best tanks or fighters to the war yet, they haven't needed to.

Doesn't matter, they were still WMD's.
Any one of those rusted shells still had active material in it which could be extracted and used in another device.
Over 5000 shells were found.

If NATO wanted to, they could storm Moscow. That isn't the goal of Ukraine in this war. It's to beat Putin into submission until he leaves Ukraine.

'Could have'? The claim by Bush was that Hussein was about to use WMDs against the U.S.
Why were they still sitting rusty and deteriorating if Hussein wanted to attack the U.S?

The material in them was still active.
Many soldiers in charge of disposal were exposed to it.
So yes, they were WMD's.
Any one of those shells, or most of them, could have their contents extracted and made into a dirty bomb to be set off on a subway or somewhere.
They were filled with poisonous gas everything from mustard gas to anthrax.
