Myself, if I had it to do all over again and knew what I know now, there are a few things I'd change.
But in the overall conclusion, most of the things I did I'd do again because I had one hell of a good time doing them

Not me ... I don't want to taunt fait ... things are great and I want it to stay that way.
I'm Trump Proof and ready to retire in a few years.
Things are pretty good here too, I am planning to retire by the year's end, if not sooner.
Darn .... I got 5 years to go ... but I'll always have a Job, because I'll still be a consultant for my business as long as I have my shares.
I'm not quite sure what I'm gonna do yet, this area has become more populated since I bought my home 30 yrs. ago. I could divide my property up into lots and sell them separately and build somewhere else less populated, but I have accumulated so much shit, moving would be a nightmare. Of course, I could auction some of it off, though. We'll just have to see, and the GF will have a say in what we'll do.

Do you know the facts? The southern Dems were called dixiecrats . They voted for Republican policies over and over. They were very conservative except in presidential elections. When the Dems, LBJ, passed the Civil rights Acts. he said we lost the south for a generation. he was wrong, it has been from 1964 to now.. The truth is after the Civil War, the south was involved in freeing slaves . They had to. But the right wing haters were waiting for their chance and LBJ supplied it.
