I hope the Supreme Court changed the clear meaning of the 14th on birthright citizenship…

Trump is a master at getting stupid people to defend stupid stuff.

The left has lost what little mind it ever had. Well they are the left so there is that.

Some things are not clear, this one is.
Why won’t you answer the question about the Injuns? If it was clear they would have been citizens the day this was ratified no?

I will understand if you won’t answer and will humbly accept your concession

BTW the 2nd Amendment is perfectly clear. Shall not infringe. That means automatic weapons

There was a system set up back then where Indigenous people were not under the jurisdiction of the United States if they were in a reservation. That was the reason the authors included the "jurisdiction" part of the 14th. That system with indigenous people is not in place anymore.

If the Constitution were clear then why need the Court?
You don't. The Constitution is clear. SCOTUS has no authority to interpret or change the Constitution. In ruling that semi-automatic weapons are protected by the 2nd amendment, they conformed to law. They ruled in the only way legal for them to do so.
what will you do if the court rules against you on the 14th? Will you cry?

BTW you never answered the question. If the 14th was meant to apply to anyone born here then why did it take so long to make Injuns citizens?
It does not apply to anyone born here. It only applies to those born to those subject to US jurisdiction (citizens).

Indeed, the 2nd amendment means ANY weapon. Knife, sword, gun, bomb, cannon or other artillery, bow and arrow, revolvers, fully automatic machine guns, rockets and missiles, shurikan, spear, anything.
Yes...even a nuclear bomb.

You have the right to own it, and to use it, to defend yourself, your community, your State, and the nation.
You are responsible for its use and storage.

NOTHING in the 2nd amendment specifies type of weapon, how many projectiles it may have, how scary it looks, etc.

The Supreme Court has NO authority to change that.

The 2nd amendment protects the 1st amendment, and indeed the rest of the Constitution. It is the mark of a free people.

An armed society is a polite society. You don't go sticking your nose into someone else's business without it possibly getting shot off in the process. Sorry, that's a terrible way to lose a nose, but it keeps the peace, and it tends to keep that nose out of other's business where it doesn't belong.

Mass shooter? Shoot back! End it before he kills even more!

What if someone is under the jurisdiction of another country?

The courts do not have power to change or interpret the Constitution

https://www.supremecourt.gov/about/...rbiter of,and interpreter of the Constitution.

EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"-These words, written above the main entrance to the Supreme Court Building, express the ultimate responsibility of the Supreme Court of the United States. The Court is the highest tribunal in the Nation for all cases and controversies arising under the Constitution or the laws of the United States. As the final arbiter of the law, the Court is charged with ensuring the American people the promise of equal justice under law and, thereby, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution.

One can be under the jurisdiction of two countries. It happens all the time. We are all under state and Federal jurisdiction. You are also likely under county and city jurisdiction.

You are not under the jurisdiction of two countries. Stop lying

I don’t see what the big deal is about birth tourism or illegal immigrates having their babies in America.
So the child is a citizen and the parents get deported or go back to their country of origin.. Anybody think the parents will leave the child behind?
Then if the kid becomes a citizen of its parents country, revoke their citizenship. :dunno:

Hilarious stuff, the baby murderers are suddenly yelling about babies being 'citizens n stuff', when they advocate murdering millions of them every year for the crime of Inconvenience. Not only that, they think they should be legally allowed to murder them after they're born as well, for the same reason.

It's Science n stuff, you know ... these sick fucks are unbelievably insane.

Indeed...their motivation is votes and power, not altruism.

Altruism, in simple terms, is about acting to help others without expecting anything in return. It's about putting someone else's well-being before your own, often driven by empathy or a desire to make a difference. Think of it as kindness, generosity, and selflessness in action.
