They entered the USA legally, and kept a legal visa to be in the USA. trump is trying to revoke that visa, but he cannot make them illegal aliens after the fact.

Slavery today is more like thinly veiled indentured servitude. Those countries take advantage of the poor in Turd World countries and import them as cheap labor. They then treat them worse than animals and when they're used up deport them. Sort of the Biden administration plan if you ask me...
