IF ONE OF THESE PICTURES OFFENDS YOU...

Except of course for all the whining hatefests started by Reichwingers who were butthurt because Kaep got a contract with Nike, or made a zillion dollars, or did this or did that.

Kap sold out to Nike for $30M. Not bad for a second stringer. :)

Hello Dutch Uncle,

There's obviously a huge difference between a second-rate football player changing career paths and a police officer killing an innocent citizen. Equating the two is stupid.

The commonality is striking. More than one thread is generating discussion on this. It is a pertinent discussion.

Typical woman determined to get the last word. LOL
Perhaps you can post the url's of all these threads that I never saw.
TAG Ball is in your court.

Hello Dutch Uncle,

Sorry I responded to that post.

I don't want to encourage hijacking the thread.

This is supposed to be about police brutality, Kaep taking a knee, etc.

It appears the thread is about what is or isn't an offensive picture....unless you think Kap beats up people too.

You might actually be more retarded than Into the Night.

Then put me on ignore.....oh, wait. You won't because you're just another young, white, atheist/anarchist male venting his spleen about not getting an allowance anymore being undervalued by the business market. LOL

I thought all LWers loooooved empowering the government to take down Americans. Isn't that what authoritarian means?

Was there a thread by Democrats on this picture?....or did they applaud it?:

I'm going by what Kaep said. Other than that, there's no way of knowing what was in his heart, is there? Kaep isn't the only NFLer to take a knee. He's just the one who got fired.

As far as the combat thing, that's ridiculous. Like there's some hierarchy of respect you've arbitrarily set for who's better and more deserving of honor, who served. BTW, my uncle had a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart. He served under Patton. So I guess that somehow makes him superior to my brothers, who both served in the Army in the VN war era, but who did not see combat. Sorry, not buying it.

I was positive you wouldn't understand and I was right. There is a bond between members who have served in the military they understand the trials and tribulation fellow members have endured. As to combat there is a special bond between people who risked life and limb. I could spend days telling you what life in combat is like but if you have never experienced it you cannot imagine what it's like.
Have you ever been to the Grand Canyon? If you have then you know that you can never describe it. It must be experienced.
As to you snitty assed remark about those who saw combat being better than those who haven't I never said any such thing! That must be some off the wall liberal shit you pulled out of your ass. I said combat vets have experiences those that haven't seen combat will never understand nor comprehend.

Do you know who made Kap a big deal? It was the reds who just had to start bitching because he did not know his place. If they just watched the game and shut up, he would have been ignored and he would have played ball. Maybe a few more players would kneel, doing the same thing to rightys....nothing. It probably would have faded away.
I don't want him to kneel before games. I do not approve. Take away his job and his rights and replace them with mine. Reds are so crazy.

Are you sure you're not an unhappily married old Boomer who screams at Millennials to get off your lawn?

Absolutely positive. It wasn't easy, growing up never is for most Americans, but I'm happy where I've been for the past ten years. I know a person like you can't tell the difference, but most calm and reasonable people can see the difference between me and those who are venting their hate by claiming half of America are traitors, liars, bent on domination, religious crazies, etc, etc, blah, blah, blah. I hope you are happy too one day. It takes work, but you can get there if you want it.

That's actually how I know you're miserable.

You are free to both run from the point and also to project your misery on others.

IMHO, a big difference between good people and bad people is that good people are willing to consider all options, including both sides of a disagreement. Bad people are highly biased and always blame the other side for problems while never accepting any responsibility of their own. Sound like Trump? Yes, but it also sounds a lot like the most partisan people on both sides.

Consider these posts and the character of their writers. Posts #64 and #65.

Um, actually she's an accomplished female with an engineering degree. That being said, I do not and never will agree with her racist stance on segregation of the races.
