Dude, you just described a cultural idiosyncrasy. Do you believe a German baby raised in a Greek family all his life wouldn't act like a Greek even if he had blue eyes and blond hair? Or that a Greek baby adopted by American parents and raised purely American would grow up like any other American kid?

Not so much.
Sicilian Americans & Ashkenazi Jewish Americans both still use more hand gestures when most have been here over 100 years.

Just as my Polish family came here over 100 years ago.

Yet, as you point out my thinking is more Polish than American.

It's not really culture so much as biology.

Let's get real here.

Do they speak Sicilian or Hebrew? If so, it's still cultural.

Why are you so invested in proving everything is genetic? What is your primary reason for proving genetics make that much of a difference?

I don't deny SOME cultural impacts.

But, definitely think it's much more biology.

Biology is only partially genetic.

Some of it is environment or diet.

I.E
Serotonin & Dopamine impact personality a lot.
But, while partially influenced by genes can be influenced partially by environmental pressures & diet

Serotonin tends to be lower in mentally ill.
Which indefinitely have genetic components.
But, can be improved by an appropriate diet & worsened by traumatic experience.

Many Zionists aren't anti Semitic & many anti Semites are pro Zionist too.

It might be surprising but some see Zionism as getting the Jewish question out of their country like in Poland & some in like say the Netherlands aren't anti Semitic but merely criticize the policies of Israel.

BTW.
It might come as a surprise but the most anti Semitic counties have the most experience with Jews.

Many were formally the most tolerant nations of Jews.

Millions of Jews leaving oppression & expulsion in the Medieval to Renaissance period in places like Spain , Germany & England came as refugees to Poland, Morocco, Hungary, Algeria, Turkey, Lithuania, Romania Iran etc.

Environment and diet are cultural. Anything given to you at conception is genetic. After that, it's more and more cultural. Twin studies are fun for determining the difference between Nature and Nurture; Genetics and Environment.

Iran is huge in population & so is Turkey.
Especially in comparison to Israel.

Both appear to have a lot more intellectual prowess than the Arabs too.

Iran beat Israel before in the Math Olympiad & A Iranian women was named as among a hand full.most likely to be like Einstein in the future.

Turkey has some good tech manufacturers & A Turkish couple formulated the first of successfully appropriate Covid vaccines.

These aren't exactly like Arabs.

Unfortunately the USA diet is bad.

Insulin resistance tends to cause insulin levels to be too high caused by refined sugar can cause low Serotonin
Although often in diabetics.
It can cause a double whammy if high Insulin causes hypoglycemic or low blood sugar causing an abrupt rise in stress hormones like Cortisol & Adrenaline which causes Serotonin to plumnet even further.

PS.
Genes for higher Serotonin are highest in Europe in Poles & Estonians.

While having Red hair tends to lower Serotonin.

Maybe this is why Poles have been historically more calm than the nations to the West & East of it!?

Serotonin tends to improve mood & make people calmer.

Low Serotonin leads to a restless & agitated state.
