Shutting down the protests and throwing people in prison are beyond his authority. He would not accomplish it if he tried, and he did try several times.

I would not call him a dictator, I believe he is a wanna be dictator, I doubt he’d deny it.

Nobody involved in J6 was denied due process, that’s a lame accusation.

The American system prevented him from grabbing total power, the system developed by our forefathers worked. Trump tried his hardest and has failed.

That isn't the point moron. The point was that Obama did things and went around Congress. You are essentially proving my point. But, since you are such a watered you don't see it and feel you have to argue against everything.

The question was whether they went around Congress. Clearly Obama and Biden did. They did not follow the CURRENT immigration laws at the time. Their job is to ENFORCE law as it is written, not how they wish it were written.
