Sedition.
Okay how many got charged with sedition?

Seriously, you know nothing. Quit opining.
That wasn't an opinion, it was a question. Learn the difference, and when you do, answer the question.
I wrote, "sedition january 6" in the search engine and got the answer. Seriously, do you know how to do that simple operation?!
WASHINGTON, Jan 23 (Reuters) - Four more members of the far-right Oath Keepers were found guilty on Monday of seditious conspiracy for taking part in the Jan. 6, 2021 assault on the U.S. Capitol by supporters of Donald Trump, in another big win for federal prosecutors.
The verdict marks the end of the second major sedition trial against members of the extremist group, who were among the hundreds who attacked the Capitol in an unsuccessful attempt to prevent Congress from certifying Democrat Joe Biden's victory over Trump, a Republican, in the 2020 presidential election.
The 12-member jury found Oath Keeper members David Moerschel, Joseph Hackett, Roberto Minuta and Edward Vallejo guilty of seditious conspiracy.

So, you're saying 4 out of something like 900 charged were charged not with sedition but conspiracy to commit sedition? That's it? That's the totality of the so-called "insurrection?" Four guys that plotted to some degree to overthrow the government?
I am fine. You believe what has no proof for but a shit pile against. You have a problem. You can convince yourself of lies when needed. The 800 or so people charged and most are in jail present an argument against your Trumpiness.
How nice that the Secretary of the Interior's daughter is a what amounts to a domestic terrorist...
Interior secretary's daughter is a high-ranking member of the radical group responsible for a violent protest at their mom's department in DC that was 'reminiscent of January 6'

I read the article.....nothing to indicate a massive invasion of a gov't bldg. with intent to attack gov't representatives.....one injured officer reported but no details as to extent of injuries, how many officers, protesters, etc.
Kind of thin with regards to your subject title...comes off a more hype that substance on your part. Also, bad writing...you can't be reminiscent about something that didn't happen yet via the timeline....they should have written "similar to the later Jan. 6th episode" or something to that effect. Just saying.

The protesters took over the Interior Department's building for more than 4 days. That's pretty serious.
Yes, but NOT anywhere near the level of what your "heroes" did on Jan. 6th. Matters of fact, matters of history.
They aren't "my heroes." They were a bunch of protestors and rioters, nothing more.
Peaceful tour. We know.

Your revisionism is only surpassed by your insipidly stubborn repetition of MAGA talking points. You have CONSISTENTLY defended the actions of the Jan. 6th yahoos with attempts to mis-categorize (if not out right lie) about what transpired that day. This latest attempt at comparison is a prime example....on one hand you had protestors & demonstrators take over a municipal bldg. by force (no weapons) which resulted in the injury of one police officer. On the other hand, you had protestors & demonstrators (some with make shift weapons, others with hidden bombs & guns) invade the Capitol with intent to do harm (to an undetermined level) to US Senators and stop the legal confirmation (agreed by both political parties), injuring numerous police officers.
Like I said before, your article is short on details, but long on innuendo (how many protestors, who encouraged/enabled protestors, were there any local officials conducting business, etc.). Outside of protestors invading a bldg. closed to the public and a injury to a police officer, the similarities end. Try again.

I haven't defended the actions of the crowd on Jan 6. I, instead, have looked at them in a neutral way and that resulted in my position that it was a riot, nothing more.

Even though there are convictions for sedition.
