IMO, he levied war against the government by planning, executing and failing to call off the "peaceful protest" until over 3 hours after Babbitt is shot.

Trump is desperate because he knows he has a strong chance of going to prison if he loses. In office, he can both dismiss the federal charges, but not be tried on state charges until out of office....if he lives his complete term. LOL

Even if he did win, served the four years and then was booted out of office, his lawyers would drag out the case long enough for Trump to pull his last mob boss card: pull a Vincent "The Chin" Gigante and get off on a mental illness release.
