As far as Iran and other ME countries, I just finished the chapter in bush's book dealing with them. bush explains how close the US came to bombing sites in Iran and NK, how suspicious he was of Syria and Turkey, and how angry with China because they wouldn't support his plans for NK. IMO that book will do a lot more damage than what we've seen so far from Assange's leak.

Using the same logic as espoused by the hysterics on this site, Bush ought to be prosecuted for exposing sensitive information.

seriuosly, this is all smoke and mirrors. we've heard numerous congress cretins try to say that wikileaks is not a authorized media outlet in order to publicly deny them 1st amendment freedom of the press.

If the DOJ actually goes after this guy, this country might as well burn the constitution.

I've referred to you as "counselor" NUMEROUS times over the course of the past 6 months and NOT ONCE have you attempted to correct my mistaken assumption.

I can now only draw the conclusion that you were too embarrassed by your TRUE profession and couldn't bear to have it come to light. Otherwise you'd have corrected me right away.

Now...ribbing aside, I have to say my opinion of you actually crept a little higher just now. A Parking Control/Enforcement Officer or whatever you are called now (meter maid is sexist) is REAL work.

Lawyers are scum who use obfuscation and lies to achieve victory for their side.

btw...I have the coolest job on the planet. I get paid to sit in Air-conditioned luxury and TALK.

Not to mention, my job had me hanging out and drinking with Van Halen, ZZ Top, Blues Traveler and other awesome musical acts!

I love that song Run-around by Blues Traveler. I tried to learn all the words but heck, it was beyond me.

I hear Eddie Van Halen is a primo drinker.

I have been a die-hard Blues Traveler fan since their debut album came out in 1990.

We'd drive HOURS to see them play this tiny little club in Aspen...but they were flippin AMAZING! Aspen's altitude was so outrageous that John Popper would get so wiped out from blowing his harmonica, he'd have to go backstage and suck oxygen to recover!

I've seen the band in concert probably 20 times and each show was just astounding!
