I think it was a really wonderful poll that came out right after the failed attempt in the senate to convict Clinton of the House's impeachment articles. The poll asked the question: who would you vote for TODAY if you had the same choices you did in November '96? Clinton or Dole? And Clinton won that poll by an even greater margin than he won the '96 election.

That IS fascinating.

It is fascinating how so many dunces in America are fine with a philanderer as a President who sexually harasses women and can't keep his dick in his pants for 8 measly years.

I think that the credit should go to our educational systems which are doing an awesome job dumbing down our youth and indoctrinating these young skulls of mush with emotional pabulum.

silly boy. Liberals measure their success over decades and even centuries, not election cycles. Women's suffrage, child labor laws, union rights to organize, 40 hour work week, minimum wage, social security, medicare, medicaid, ADA, civil rights, gay rights, environmental laws.... and on and on.... liberal progressives won the 20th century and we will, no doubt, win this one as well.

And yet, Progressive Liberals are slowly being politically marginalized and steadily losing the political power they desire more than anything else in the world.

Conservatives have a daunting task before them; they not only have to overcome the negative insult laden Democratic campaign efforts, but also a mainstream media who have shed any hints of objectivity as the practice journalistic malfeasance.

I read you; and it was just as dumb as the first time you made the claim. Yet in the entire 20th century, what we have seen is the steady success of Republicans winning control in the House and Senate over the last five decades and controlling a majority of the State Houses in the country.

I can’t find anything that would indicate anything OTHER than a steady erosion of the Liberal Progressive Democratic ideology.

More evidence would be the fact that Democrats know that they can only win by pretending to be Conservative on issues. It is the dishonest dialogue they engage in to fool gullible dunces into electing them.

and AGAIN.... you want to look back on the last decade and claim victory for conservatism, but did you actually turn back ANY of the gains liberals had made? Did you privatize social security? did you do away with the department of education? did you institute a flat tax? did you amend the constitution to deify straight marriage, or to overturn Roe v.
