You cannot prove a negative using positive predicates. That forms a negative proof fallacy (Example: You draw two marbles from a bag of marbles. They are both green. Therefore, the next marble cannot be any other color than green.).of course you can prove a negative. Its not my fault your the result of animal inbreeding.
You cannot require or force one to prove a negative using positive predicates either. That forms the attempted force of negative proof fallacy (Example: guilty until proven innocent; or using the above example, prove the next marble won't be green.).
You can only prove a negative using negative predicates (Example: If you check the marbles in a bag of marbles, and find no green marbles, allowing someone who doesn't know what marbles are in the bag to a draw marble from the bag cannot result in a green marble.)
