Independent is often code for more right than a Republican, and usually entails voting for the R. Recently, however, it includes me and my type also, (more left than a Tea hick or Trumptard, more right than a Democrat.)
There would be material legislative efforts to secede if Trump is reelected. I agree it wouldn't be muskets and powder. Happily I believe it will not happen, Trump is going to lose bigtime.
Assuming arguendo there are subsidiary facts that undercut the fact that Blue States give to the federal coffers more than Red states, well, first of all that does not represent an example of a logical fallacy, and second, you failed to present data to prove that.
I can easily post the many charts we have all seen demonstrating my point, so, ball is in your court, break out the facts in some way that makes low output low paying states
whose politicians are successful in boondoggling are actually doing a lousy job and so Montana is supporting New York, as opposed to the conventional wisdom based on the raw
gross budgets and public finance which is the exact opposite. Yours are failed states, in the red year after year w/r/to the federal government. Stated otherwise, yours are extremely successful
politicians who are great at getting an oversized share of the goodies and at the same time whining about socialism and communism. Hubris, rural welfare queen snowflake!
