If you change any existing voter law at all, other then making it easier to vote, then in every case you are making it harder to vote and less people would vote and if your hate group thought for one second that the people who wouldn't vote because of it were hate party voters , I will guaranty these 400 bills across the country to take away the votes of Americans wouldn't ever exist.
