Since you don't recognize the Constitution of the United States nor any State constitution, you are simply wishing it was false.

HR1 is the ONLY authoritative reference of what is in HR1. The Constitution of the United States is the ONLY authoritative reference of what is in the Constitution of the United States. YOU don't get to change what they are simply by declaring it 'false information'.

Want me to list the sections of HR 1 that do exactly what I stated earlier? Here's a teaser:

Section 1015 Holds anyone who illegally votes or registers to vote blameless unless they admit they intentionally voted or registered knowingly illegally. It makes disclosure of voting and registration records far more difficult to do as well.

Section 1013(f) Has a provision for allowing non-citizen college students to register to vote.

You see, I actually read the bill and took notes...

So then you understand that people can make mistakes. There is a black guy who registered to vote 2 weeks from when his parole was over. He is facing 10 years. 2 weeks later, and it would have been legal. A white woman who deliberately cheated was given a suspended sentence. States make their own rules and the Repubs will change them after any election. 40 states are doing it now.

Anecdote isn't evidence. Aside from that, in the above, all of them would walk away uncharged. The woman could simply say she was unaware what she did was wrong and, poof! her case is tossed out. HR 1 has so many provisions that would result in large numbers of ineligible voters voting and registering that such a provision was necessary to keep the lot of them out of prison.

For example: Section 1012 makes registration of 16 and 17 year-olds automatic when they get a driver's license. It does state they would be ineligible to vote until they're 18 but they'd already be registered to vote. If such a person tried to vote because they're registered... well, under HR 1 section 1015 they would be held blameless for doing so--assuming they're caught.

I am not the one appealing to ignorance of Constitutional law. Right-Wingers seem to do that by custom and habit; their modus operandi.

HR 1 includes provisions to virtually destroy any attempt at keeping track of voter registration and validity.

Sec 1007 Automatic absentee (mail-in) ballot issuance to all registered voters.
Sec 1013 Anyone getting a driver's license is automatically registered to vote unless they opt out. That means in states where illegals can get a driver's license they'll be registered to vote unless they ask not to be registered, and the DMV or third party provider doesn't have to ask them if they want to opt out.
Sec 1019 Third parties can handle voter registration transactions.
Sec 1031 Same day voter registration is required. That is, you can walk into a polling station, ask to register to vote, then vote.
Sec 1004 Makes it possible for anyone to attest to being eligible to register without identification. So, when you are same day registering, you don't have to show ID to do so or to vote.
Sec 1041 Imposes multiple conditions to remove someone from voter rolls and puts a six month prior to an election limit on all such removals.
Sec 1101 Makes it possible to register a mentally disabled person to vote via the internet provisions of the bill using an e-signature.
Sec 1201 Prohibits strict standards for verification of absentee ballots termed "voter caging."
Sec 1621 No voter ID required to obtain a mail-in ballot. Voting via the internet is allowed. Ballot harvesting is allowed.

Basically, if HR 1 or SR 1 (which is very similar) were to pass, there'd be no checks or verification of voting and ballots. It'd result in the easiest and most widespread fraud you ever saw.

Nope. It means they are probably upgrading their voter verification procedures. Right-Wingers just want to criminalize everything while alleging they are not socialists on a national basis.

You are either utterly stupid or deliberately oblivious. Those are in HR 1. It is clear you haven't read the bill like I did. The Democrats want to remove virtually all checks, verifications, and security from voting and elections. They want to allow millions of ineligible people to register to vote, making only the crudest and minimal fig leaf of cover to saying they really can't vote even as they become registered to vote. They'd remove all penalties civil and criminal from someone 'accidently' illegally voting meaning there'd be no real punishment for voter fraud.

HR 1 and SR 1 would turn America's elections into some of the worst, most corrupt, and criminal anywhere in the world. But the Democrats say that's a good thing apparently.

The right is forced to lie because the truth is always against them. They can't take a position supportive of the hate party without lying, they can't defend a position that puts the hate party in the right on anything without lying. They couldn't even exist as a party without lying. The truth will always bury their opinions and the truth never supports their words. NO other places support my words better then these forums.
