In part, yes. I absolutely believe we should be in force in the Sudan right now and should have been there years ago. If limited, we should go into the Sudan long before Zimbabwe. Mugabe is a thug, no question, but the crisis is in the Sudan.

Do we have a moral obligation? Or is it good PR for the world stage?

At what point does a country require our intervention? Genocide? Torture? Revoking property rights? Slave labor?
 
You guys are crazy...can you imagine what the rest of the civilized world would do to us if we nuked Iran?

I believe we do have a moral obligation to go into the Sudan. Without question I think Genocide is reason enough.... and in my opinion should be reason enough for anyone.

The others...

revoking property rights... no

torture... tough one... I would say no. Because too many cultures have laws that we would see as torture, but they see as punishment.

slavery...again a tough one... but I would say yes.
