The invitation is open if you think you're man enough to do it. Many others have been offered the same invitation, all of them having posted pictures they claimed were me and where I lived, yet none have shown. In fact, Nomad offered his own invitation to come to Orlando. When it was accepted, his action was to hide like a coward.
