VOTES put more Republicans in the Senate than Democrats and they said Garland did not warrant a hearing. The President nominates and the Senate decides whether to accept or not . Sorry, Mr. Niblick. I’ve been looking for a link to the video outside of Twitter but haven’t been successful. Basically it was a short clip of him announcing that what they had started in May was coming to fruition and that from that day (of his latest announcement…I think on Friday) “ People can no longer buy, sell, or transfer handguns within Canada – and they cannot bring newly acquired handguns into the country.” There was a bit more but that’s the gist of it.
