Not only are my firearm rights guaranteed under the 2nd. Amendment in the U.S. constitution, they are guaranteed under the State of Pennsylvanian's constitution;

Article I, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania State Constitution states: "The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned"

I would want you to undergo annual psychiatric evaluation and for there to be a limit to the number of firearms you're allowed to own.
