Are you trying to tell me the United States Attorney General can't press charges?
If there was anything against Trump, he could name it, then once Trump was impeached,
he could press those charges.

Mueller as an employee of the justice department adhered to the understanding they have, they cannot indict a sitting president. The House is a co-equal branch of government and does not have that restraint. If their investigation finds obstruction, they have the power to charge him. They could also impeach. Barr would not charge Trump if he shot Pence on TV.

The house does not have the power to charge him. They cannot litigate a case. They can only impeach him. They can only recommend the senate remove him.
