Gonna take a Solomon to solve this one...

...although a decidedly NOT-Solomon Mitch McConnell (and the Republicans) could do it. He could put the bills sent over by the House to a Senate vote. If they pass...they go to Trump. If he vetoes them, the Congress gets a chance to over-ride the veto.

Republicans would get hurt badly no matter what happens. A failure on any of those steps...and they get bashed. But they get hurt just as badly if they do nothing and simply let the Democratic initiatives die.

Amazing! It appears as though the Republicans are going to get hammered no matter what.

My guess is he can get more money for border security by makes several different kinds of deals. But I am thinking he will not be getting more money specifically for a wall...no matter what.
