It Is Time

The next time the Fascists want to control the world, will you be able to stop them?

I don't seem to be having much luck with that right now, are you?
The state legislatures from those disgusting red states with whom you wish to remain united are turning your old USA fascist right now.
Right this minute.
NOTHING can be done about it, thanks to your ineptly written constitution.
I'll take my chances under my new blue flag.

Putin hasn't absorbed Ukraine.
China hasn't annexed Taiwan.
North Korea hasn't invaded South Korea.
Iran hasn't vaporized Israel.

Things could be worse.

No, it isn't time. Among the first flaws is the notion that states are either entirely red or entirely blue.

Entirely doesn't seem to matter.
We have trumpanzees in Boston too.
They're pariahs, treated like rodents by the people who matter, but they're here.
And they're even allowed to put their houses on the market and move to fucking Texas.

As long as people think they only have two choices, nothing will change. Beyond that, there is nothing realistic about your idea.

Behold the beautiful new flag of The Northeast States of America.

No fucking red.
No fucking white.
Nothing but BLUE.

I hope it includes the UP.

Sounds good to me.

The new flag is, I hope, just a temporary avatar for NN on this forum.

My little "besty" and I are stuck in contract negotiations so she's currently on strike.
Or actually, lockout may be the more accurate term.

It reminds me of the old days, but she's a tougher negotiator than my previous management.
It's not easy being "staff" for a Welsh terrorist, eh, terrier.
Some other breeds actually let you believe that you're the "owner."
